So… I recently learned of this weird docu-series called “How To With John Wilson” on HBO in the US, on other platforms in other countries. Only 3½ years after it debuted so I’ve really got my finger on the pulse. I’m not going to try to convince you to watch it as no doubt you have a seriously under-developed sense of humour/the bizarre (although, if you are a fan of Nathan Fielder’s work, do give it a look) but I’ve literally just seen something that’s relevant.
I’ve just finished watching Episode 4 of Season 1 titled “How To Cover Your Furniture”. At about the 11:30 mark someone mentions that things (in this case red stiletto shoes in a perspex cube) should be kept intact and I immediately thought of the relevance to foreskin.
I figured that this was just me but then, a few minutes later, around 16:00, the footage shows an animated billboard saying “Foreskin… it’s in our DNA” and he speaks with some anti-circumcision guy. I thought that this would just be another 2 minute segment but then he goes and visits the guy who invented the TLC Tugger, Ron Low.
There’s some unusual if not actually bizarre footage of him demonstrating various pieces of foreskin restoring equipment. I have resisted posting a big fat picture of the guy lying in his bed with a cord connecting his cock to the bedhead but only because I have not drank enough alcohol.
I did a quick search to see if the episode was available for free but did not find it. So here’s an interview with Jimmy Kimmel about it. Relevant chat from 3 min.
Later in the episode we learn that Ron also composes anti-circumcision songs (mostly changes the lyrics to existing songs) and here is the song featured in the episode. Click on his channel if you’re interested in hearing more.
