Hard to beat this guy. As far as vids where BJs are involved, this guy takes the cake as having the tightest foreskin. His chick ties to pull it back and there is no retraction at all. He clearly has pinhole phimosis.
Another example is a ind couple, no BJ but this guy has long foreskin and it appears the foreskin can’t open at all. This guy might have pinhole phimosis as well, it’s the foreskin is long but you can tell the the opening is extremely narrow.
