Definitely possible.. Originally a circumcision would have been to only cut a small amount of foreskin w/ the frenulum left intact. Regardless, in my opinion, it’s less likely his foreskin is _that _ short than him having a low & loose circumcision. Although it’s definitely possible, I guess we would need to see more content.
& just to be clear I’m not trying to come off as rude or combative, you’re entitled to your opinion or experience.. you might have seen content that I haven’t or know who the talent is. This is just my opinion and the perspective I see it from.
