Yeah, this girl is Japanese while the other is Chinese. (I also don’t think that the Chinese girl’s given name is Xfei as I’m not aware of that consonant cluster occurring in any Chinese language. Xufei (Xu + Fei) would be my guess - although you’ll still need to search using ‘xfei’ if that’s how everyone writes it when sharing her content).
I’d say that this is all we’re going to get of this girl as it does seem like that guy just snapped a few pix when he could and he has prob shared all (or almost all) of them in that 4chan thread.
