intact It’s because every clip has been edited in some way. It’s possible that frames have been dropped/skipped in the process.
It’s also possible that what you’ve been noticing is repeated frames. I haven’t spent much time on this but in a sample that I looked at every 5th frame was a repeat of the previous one. There would be a noticeable stop-start effect when viewing at 30 fps.
The colour palette has also been flattened and the contrast decreased which is why all of the clips look like someone has applied a beige filter to them.
