Most places that you can upload a video to will require an account of some sort although you can always use a temporary email address and fake details.
Sites which allow anonymous upload that I know of, such as streamable or veed.io, all have limits on filesize, maximum resolution & running time. These are often <250MB - <1GB, 720, <10 min.
Since you’re probably going to have to create an account of some sort, you can try sites such as thisvid, spankbang, eporner, etc, etc or use a browser-based cloud storage option such as [Login to see the link]
It gives you 20 GB for free and, if your video is in a standard format such as mp4, people will be able to play the video in their browser or download it to watch later. You can create a link that will let people watch only that one video even if you’ve got others stored in the same account, and you can delete the link (but keep the video) if you change your mind.
