I can only speak for myself, but I don’t think it’s a good idea to think about pro-foreskin activism like this. The women who mock intact penises aren’t the same people who decided we should circumcise people when they’re born (as a whole system, I should say). And a lot of people who do choose to circumcise their kids often do it out of ignorance or in good faith.
“Saving the receipts” of Sally Random-Woman who made an off-color foreskin joke isn’t educating people about nor saving people from being talked into circumcision. And plus, what are you going to do with those names you’ve remembered? Track them down and make their lives hell?
Much like you, I understand that being mocked or rejected for having a foreskin is horrible. Knowing that people willingly push circumcision onto children and even adults in some cases with a variety of excuses upsets me. But I can say that this isn’t the way to solve the problem. We solve it with education and proper representation of the foreskin. Not vengeance. Especially not against random people who are likely more similar than different despite their opinions.
I’m just kinda worried about you.
