Fetish or no fetish, when you think about what we are talking about—especially involving children—it is astounding, absurd, and ethically wrong. It becomes even more ridiculous and frankly stupid when you consider that women have the same anatomical structures (and possibly more, depending on how you define them). This reveals how hypocritical and inconsistent the discussion really is. That is why I no longer speak about it in a sexualized or fetishized way, except when considering labia reduction surgery as a hypothetical in fictional contexts. In real situations, I always conclude that this is absurd, wrong, and harmful regardless of gender. Women also have a prepuce or foreskin, and it is ridiculous that men have not challenged this ethical double standard. It is absurd and, honestly, pathetic that men have allowed this hypocrisy to persist for so long, because it makes no logical sense.
