This was filmed 12 years ago, so I estimate that the % of uncut straight male talent in US porn back then was somewhere between 15 & 20%. Let’s say 1 in 6. So the probability of this occurring randomly would therefore be 1 in 66 = 1 in 46,656.
However, the studio that made this, Kink.com, has demonstrated itself to be be pretty foreskin-aware / foreskin-friendly (lots of their BDSM scenes feature women focusing specifically on the guy’s foreskin). This scene on their website is tagged with “foreskin” (among about 50 other tags). I think, that it’s probably not so random and that they got a bunch of “Euro” guys in for this.
