I heard what I though was a little bit of talk. I was able to locate the same clip on xhamster which has auto-subtitles for English-speakers (+ some other languages) and it confirms it.
There’s some differences with the gender used but at
5:05 she says “He won’t come out - he’s shy”, as she retracts his foreskin.
Earlier, at 4:20, she says “I haven’t seen him in a while” but it’s not clear whether she’s referring to his covered glans or his whole penis.
