IMDB has the trailer. The description it lists is:
Kevin is dating a Jewish model who won’t have sex with him because he was never circumcised. He decides to get a circumcision but is warned by the doctor to avoid getting an erection for 2 weeks afterward. His housemate who is a spiritual hippie-chick, teaches him meditation techniques to control his painful erections but once his wounds have healed he finds he isn’t turned on by the usual things. He has to turn to his housemate again for help. This time she teaches him some Tantric Yoga techniques.
From the trailer, it looks like, after recovering from getting circumcised, he develops erectyle dysfunction. I couldn’t find the full short film though. Would be cool if someone was able to find and share it.
