It does say online she's Hungarian so that's probably why she sucks it as intended. I mostly notice the difference in videos depending on if the actress is European or American, not from where the video comes from.

The guy was usually credited as Marco or Gordon, depending on the studio. Veronica Clinton was credited with 6 or more different names as well.

The name of the movie (an actual movie released on DVD and probably tape) is Passionate Couples 2 and this was scene 6. I don’t think the scene had its own title.
