The science has gotten better. The guys have figured out how to grow the inner foreskin as well as the outer foreskin, so they have membrane against the glans instead of skin -- the way it's supposed to be.
Last I checked in at one of the boards, they'd even managed to get the new skin to taper at the end, so it closes over the glans instead of hanging like a hose off the end.
I hear the best tool out there is the TLC Tugger.
I cheer them on. They're making lemonade out of lemons, as it goes. But when I talk to people about circumcision I don't bring up restoration. It's too "out there" for outsiders to grasp.
