While the dildo here "looks" kind of like it's intact, I remember years ago seeing a dildo with an actual moveable foreskin. It wasn't completely anatomically correct of course, but the foreskin could be moved, have a tongue stuck up under it, etc. (I guess some ladies like a substitute for The Real Thing!)
