Yes, welcome! The navigation took me awhile to get used to but that's probably because I'm Gen X rather than Gen Y. I'm used to the boring forums with categories and subcategories. Not links to the same thing in 3 different places :-P
But seriously, it's a great site and it's worth clicking around and getting used to how it's organized.
