phillytugger I don't know. It sounds like she just needs some education and reassurance. She goes on about how much better foreskin is for sex but then says she's worried about infection and STDs. She's typical of a lot of intelligent but uneducated people in that she doesn't know how to critically evaluate news or read stories from outside the US. Very sad really.
