I think an all female medical staff providing circumcision providing commentary and guidance on the guys' circumcision status would be nice too. If the female judges wanted some of the guys cut (and the guy agreed obviously) they could go through an elaborate inspection process describing the type of cut they wanted. The female doctor and nurses would they perform the circumcision in front of the female audience.
