The above is almost exactly the same for me. I can come with my skin forward if I want to, just by sliding the skin back and forth, but I prefer the stretching action of coming with it. It's not just the friction around the head though, it's the stimulation on the inner foreskin as it stretches down the shaft. So even pulled back it's totally different and better than what a cut guy would experience.

Same here. If my skin is forward I get no sensation when cumming. I have to have some tension and tightness with my frenulum. I like to be jerked off with skin however. But if the skin is held back tight with one hand and jerked or sucked. I cum faster and have an amazing orgasm.

That's exactly the same for me. Tightness on my frenulum will give me amazing orgasm. Recently within the last month I've wanted skin up bjs and hjs but always skinned back when cumming.
