I think she’s just talking about her boyfriends penis as a whole, because not only is that how the comment she was responding to was framed but she starts off by thanking them for the compliment that was calling it nice which is grammatically incorrect and odd if she’s only referring to circ status, plus boyfriemd appeasement could be at play as well.
