between CI-7 to 9 while soft, usually depending on how the skin settles itself on my glans
CI-8 or 9 when erect
I do have a rather short and tight frenulum, though it is possible to retract the foreskin completely, albeit with the tip bending downward without any pain
Definitely envy those with a CI-10+ as mine isn’t quite as easy to be played with and requires some pulling forward to stay in place when inserting a finger or two
Might look into general stretching exercises to address the frenulum situation a little bit and get some overhang while erect or at least loosen things up
