I've noticed that a lot of circumcised men seem to have rough looking, pale dickheads. Some of them look kind of cracked and dead. This is a stark contrast with my glans. Mine is a healthy pink colour when I'm soft, and a fairly deep reddish colour when I'm stiff. My head also gets a LOT bigger when I get hard. It goes from like maraschino cherry (when I'm soft at 2.5 inches) to big plum (when I'm hard at 8.5 inches). My head is also really smooth and shiny. It just looks, well, more alive to me. Is the crusty looking keratinization what causes cut guys to feel less pleasure? How can that be comfortable for a woman?

Keratinization is a factor, but far from the only one. I think of it as like kissing with chapped lips.

The foreskin's nerve endings specialize in stretch-and-release. Also like the nerve endings in the lips. So the push-and-pull of intercourse, masturbation, oral sex stimulate that special feel and give a whole new dimension to enjoyment. LIke someone said, it's the difference between seeing in color vs. black-and-white.

And no, it's not comfortable for a typical woman. I've noted elsewhere that my ex was married to a circumcised man, and in contrast to me, she said she just wanted sex to be over with him.
