This is interesting to me just as evidence of the chasm between north american and northern european sexual education. Amazing.
There's the full series with subtitles on Youtube. It's actually pretty informative and straight forward. Unlike the stupid euphemisms or abstinence we use in North America. All I had in sex ed were stupid diagrams, and the male diagrams didn't even have the foreskin labelled. I didn't know it was a thing until I was 12 or so.

I have seen the former, and the material shown is very frank. It's basically a puberty video showing what happens when boys and girls become men and women. Plenty of nudity of under-18s both male and female. Penetration shown at the end when adult actors demonstrate missionary sex. Dialogue is in Flemish.
They show what I assume are birth control pills, and condom usage. Interestingly, I think they show to wash an uncut penis without using soap - this is supposedly correct, as soap can irritate the parts underneath.
Yes, the attitudes of many Europeans would surprise American intactivists. It is quite commonly advised to use soap to wash under the foreskin and very many pediatricians pull back the foreskin whether it comes easily or not.
