It's pretty disgusting that something that misleading is being used to promote a public health policy that won't actually work. It's ironic that at the end of the vid the guy holds up a condom which would negate any difference that circumcision might make.

Worse than that circumcision appears to be increasing AIDS in Africa! This may be due to circumcised men thinking they can't get AIDS and not using condoms or simply because the overly tight shaft skin of a cut dick is more susceptable to minor abrasions which provide an entry for the virus. We don't know why but the facts are now suggesting that dick cutting is spreading AIDS. (As if we needed another reason why dick cutting is a bad idea!)

P.S. I realise this isn't really a health forum but if some female sexual partner ever mentions the above propaganda it's good to be prepared. And some of us may also visit health related forums elsewhere and wish to spread accurate information.
