I have a Quest too and use Plex to host videos on my Mac and Skybox to view them on the Quest. You really need 4k at a minimum since it fills your field of vision, so if you don't have a fast connection you'll be looking at some serious download times. I would usually queue up a couple things before I went to bed and then wake up to some new scenes or some frustrating error messages.
I've used BaDoink VR and Wankz VR. BaDoink has a fair amount of Euro porn, but as far as the topic of this board, the only scene I've run across with actual foreskin play has been "Hot Yoga" with Jade Nile on Wankz, and it's just a little nibbling and a sly smile. I'm thinking of trying VR Bangers, Wet VR, or VR Hush next.
I think it's a game changer for porn.
