Yeah, that's the first (and best IMO) of the series variously translated as A Beauty and the Phimosis or Babes and Phimosis or something similar.
I'll merge this into the existing thread on that topic.
With Japanese titles, I've usually find that searching for the DVD number gives you less false positives. So here they are for the six that I know about.
