So if I understand correctly it's a guy whos part way through a sex change? That means that soon he won't have to worry about being circumcised because he'll be getting the whole thing cut off and the tissue reconfigured into the shap of a vagina! Hurts to think about but hey he's an adult.

That's actually not how it works. From what I've heard, having a foreskin makes a sex change easier because the doctor has more skin to work with when performing the reassignment sugary. A female to male sex change operation does remove part of the penis, but re-shapes much of the tissue into a vagina.

yeah you're correct. also there are many people who don't necessarily plan to finish the transition from male to female or vice versa

the technology isn't really there for ftm yet, and a lot of mtf still like to have a dick and be like bailey jay or any number of ts pornstars
