Yep and you're one of the leechers! (someone who isn't seeding any content).
No seeders means no-one is currently offering that content through that torrent tracker. Could be because they're all offline or because everyone has removed that content from their upload folder, which happens with older stuff, or when nobody seems to be asking for it anymore.
