I guess because anything neutral is not going to get a lot of energy or attention. There are people who like porn that features the natural penis. There are people who like porn where circumcision is the focal point.
For those people who don't really care either way, there is the entire world of porn out there to meet their desires. For those of us with an interest in this topic, no matter what side of the coin it happens to be, there is not so much material, so what is out there naturally becomes the focus.
