I had a theory many years ago about pearly penile papules (ppp's). When first started to ejaculate at about 11 or 12, I woukd masturbate by rubbing my penis with both hands, and when I was close to krgasm, I would make sure bith hands would pull up my foreskin to cover my glans when ejaculating, so the sperm would be collected under the foreskin, causing the prepuce to bulge with the collected sperm. I thought that the sperm somehow had infected my newly separated glans on the newly exposed corona and caused the papules to appear. When my foreskin had entirely separated at that age, there were no papules to be seen, and it was over a year, I think, that they became more numerous and pronounced. When yiung, I did try and pluck some of them off with tweezers, but after some little blood, I stopped. I still have them, but strangely, they seem to virtually disappear at times, and other times, they are more visible. This ring any bells with anyone else?
