It is certainly not done routinely on infants but circumcision is not “unheard of” in Germany. There was a German teens magazine called “Bravo” which did nude profiles of readers for years and quite a lot of the guys were circumcised. German doctors are quite interventionists and if there is any problem circumcision is seen as the solution. Different from the UK where the medical culture is to be conservative and spend years getting lads rubbing cream into their bits rather than cutting 😛

Definitely not scripted. In any case Anna Richardson who is presenting always seems to try and brush off the women who say the prefer circumcised or don’t like long foreskins.
