An incest video is just regular porn with different dialogue, so by making an incest video rather than just a regular porno you attract the "incest/taboo" fetishists as well as your average viewers. You'll regularly see incest videos in the trending section of porn sites but almost never any other sort of fetish videos like foot stuff (most common fetish) because only someone who's into feet will be able to enjoy it.
