I was born with a very long overhanging foreskin. When I was five, my mother took me to the hospital where most of the overhang was sliced off. It left quite a thick scar but at least there was some movement possible. I began to ease back my remaining foreskin a little at a time until I could see the join between inner foreskin and the corona. My mother always nagged me to retract my foreskin in the bath but I did it anyway because it felt good! Eventually the coronal adhesion gave way but I never thought to push my foreskin back further. Then I slept over at my friend's house. His mother led me up to the bathroom and stood there as I undressed. All three of her sons were circumcised as a baby and she gasped as she saw my foreskin. She ordered me to retract it. I did so until the corona was visible and hesitated. She abruptly reached out and yanked the skin fully back for the first time and thoroughly washed the area. The hot water made the under-skin sting but it felt good. From then on I made sure it was fully retracted in the bathtub.
My foreskin was always on the tight side and by the time I graduated from university it really bothered me. I had to undergo a medical for my first job's pension plan. The doctor insisted on a circumcision or I could not be insured. I was sent to the local hospital where I had to say goodbye to my foreskin under local anesthesia. Having experienced both worlds, I definitely prefer the more controlled range of sensations offered by a bare glans during sexual activity of any kind. But owning a foreskin was fun too!
