There are two answers:

Easy fix for this one time - I've updated the link to the stream/download option.
Solution that will allow you to download most other streaming vids even if there is no download option - install an add-on in your browser such as Video DownloadHelper, FVD, or Ant. It's better if you use Chrome / Firefox and certainly not IE or Edge.

Warning: I added DownloadHelper and immediately my Chrome browser was hijacked so that anytime I clicked on any web page, a pop-up appeared trying to sell me all kinds of crap. I had to reset all my browser settings (it also hijacked my Extensions page so I couldn't remove the extension), then delete the extension. Evil shit.
