I would have to track down which eps she is on and then watch them.

You could search YT for 8 out of 10 cats katherine ryan as most of the eps are on there. That'll also give you the 8oo10C Does Countdown crossover series which she's also been on a few times. The mentions are minor so you may feel that it's not worth the time.
