For the first guy she is about to blow her but then notices the skin is still covering and with a smile pulls it back. As for the 3rd guy, you can see her expression if you look carefully that she gets a bit scared of pulling the skin back as it doesn't go there during the first try. ----> Just my interpretations 😃
