It doesn't, actually. You click the free download link at the bottom which takes you to a page where a direct download link will populate at the bottom after waiting like 2 minutes. You put in a capcha, and it takes you to the download page, where you can either watch it streaming or right click and "save link as." It's a little convoluted I agree, but it still lets you download it for free. Same with the other one.
