Fairly sure he would have given his butthole a good wash beforehand, same as the rest of him, so the risk of a little gastro would be pretty low. Risk is obviously increased if she actually sticks her tongue inside (I don't know if she did 'cos, like most polite folk, I skipped past that bit ;-) ).
