The key search term for japanese stuff is "[font=Arial,]包茎" (phimosis). This material is censored/pixellated more often than not. This website is a good catalogue of what exists: www.r18.com. Torrents and download sites reliably use the alpha-numeric code attached to a movie (e.g., [size=small]SABA-406) so that's a good way to track things down. [/size][/font]
