Freakish but I don't think it's either phimosis or synthol. Synthol is mostly oil and is used to artifically bulk out muscles. Obviously he could have injected that into his foreskin but I think it's more likely that he used either saline or silicone.
Either way, whatever was injected will likely drain away into the body's circulatory systems in a matter of hours so if he has phimosis it's only temporary.
