Yeah, that's a pretty harsh assessment. Lack of experience doesn't equal stupid.
Just FYI, the "maintenance" required by an uncircumcised penis is the same as for an uncircumcised vulva - wash it when it gets icky or if you're expecting someone to give you a special birthday present. :-)
