Ran across this uncommented on a page of photos. Probably just photoshopped, but why? I guess the foreskin could still be attached at the frenulum for its blood supply and have healed onto the glans, but for my sanity I’m going to assume it’s fake. Talk about the worst of all possible worlds though.
