If you remember a cartoon called Hey Arnold, he had a girl named Helga who was obsessed with him but would act like she didn't like him when she saw him. And she always called him football head. "out of my way football head!" and so on.
Well I imagine being in an area where most people are intact and I'm one of the very few who are circumcised and through some event like maybe I'm caught changing at a pool or something, but some random cute girl sees that I'm circumcised and starts calling me "mushroom head" or "helmet head" all the time. Like anytime she sees me she only refers to me as those names. "someone better start wearing underwear with those sweatpants mushroom head!" or "see ya tomorrow helmet head!"
And anyone around, like her friends or anyone at all is left to draw their own conclusions as to why she is always calling this person by these names.

This could work for me if she saw my foreskin and called me a Smurf.
