There is, I'm not sure about solely looking at the camera but there is a thing like this. Try looking up faces of agony? Or close up female masturbation. I've gotten close with a few searches. What I usually run into are overdone performances (as with most porn) where the "talented actress" is obviously following a script or a director. There's nothing genuine about what she's doing with herself.

At the other end, I torrented a siterip of ifeelmyself, which is aimed at women, and all the amateurs there have their eyes closed because they're solely focused on themselves. Which is fine, but I don't feel like I'm even in the same galaxy with them.
