In all honesty I don't think this is a trend to the average Russian. Most average Russian men are uncircumcised unless they got circumcised for religious or medical reasons.

If you look at the porn couples on this thread before and after you can see the guys either have short foreskin or normal foreskin so circumcision wasn't for phimosis or other medical reasons.
The reason for the trend I think is porn itself. These couples on pornhub or whatever can see other couples and other comments. They see lots are cut or read comments against uncut guys so they get cut. Also once you see other couples like you doing something you want to follow. When it comes to the girls not sure but if they really had a problem with uncircumcised guys they wouldn't of done scenes with them before they got cut. They would of demanded circumcision before they did scenes so I think most of these couples it was the guy's choice.
To add to this thread with regards to pornstars other then rocco siffredi the only straight male pornstar to get circumcised I could fine is joel tomas. He said he got cut for safety reasons saying it's a lower chance to get aids while doing porn. Weird to me because don't mainstream pornstars get tested these days?
