to be clear here, you don't have to be that trained to participate in tuli missions. i was pretty blown away when i found out the majority of them are just regular people. they take a quick class that shows them what to do and then they are off to circumcise as many as possible. keep in mind there's about 500 boys in a day.

@[deleted] I wanted to make a post on that. I still will when I get time. But Yea that's pretty much it. The actual filipino aesthetic is not good. Tuli is unfortunately for lower income families whereas other families choose to go to the hospitals, clinics, or home physicians and they get "German cut" or laser circumcision. But the tuli, and even more so the traditional stick version, gives a weird aesthetic where it's just left around the shaft.

Check out filipino trans actress Sapphire Young. This is how the end result is, and sometimes even more skin left at that area.

Her penis looks more circumcised than I would have imagined. I have to much foreskin that my head is fully covered when erect so if tuli was done to me it would look like a roster neck lol. What is the German style look look like? I thought Germans were not circumcised.

I guess they still have the frenulum? But yeah the Philippines is super messed up with their circumcision. At least with the US you can say you had it when you couldn't remember it.

Messed up I agree with, but the not remember part, I don't know man. Your body still knows that trauma and your brain chemistry changes with that. Also different relationship with the mother. If it has to be done I rather it be done at the age they do them in traditional filipino culture. I'm not saying they should get it done, but at that age the penis is longer and the foreskin more easily dealt with for a better more accurate circumcision. (At least the ones done by actual doctors and clinics and not the painful traditional pagpatulu or pagtutuli)
