Like in the later segment, the girl on the right uses a clucking sound rather than a word to describe touching his penis. Just silly, IMO.
Compared to the rest of this parade of ignorance, it's a minor issue.
That's even more prevalent when they talk about their parts. Most often its' penis, dick, and cock with no problems. But instead of Vagina or pussy, it's vajayjay, flower, her, my cookie, and so on.
But another reason they do what you mentioned is it's allowed but not allowed if you want money. You get demonetized for saying some words. This is how corporations keep people in check without actively enforcing rules. They know people don't really like making videos out of pure love anymore, so if you want money and you don't want to be ghosted where no one will find your channel you will not say these certain words. And they just fall in line.
