This has been going on for at least a month now, Xhamster no longer allows "unverified" videos to be uploaded meaning amateur videos are plummeting, people are leaving and the site has become an "OnlyFans" template.

i mentioned something like this before as well. its the OF business model taking over. it hit PH so of course it's going to hit everything else. the only place that seems almost like the wild west is spankbang, but its a give and take because the video you post can go down 10 minutes later. no reason, no nothing. and i think after 3 to 4 removals they either remove your page or you just can't upload anymore. but going back to the wild west statement, you can make as many usernames as you want and you don't even need an email so that's the give and take.
the problem with xhamster even before that move is the compression they use is very weird. a 1080p video can be uploaded and for years you download it and it's terrible. anything you would download from there would look terrible. everything has compression but there's seriously ruined quality.

other than that i will be out of the loop with these sites because i don't really watch regular porn. if it's not one of my fetishes (including this one) i don't watch it. i haven't seen regular sex or anything in a long time aside from someone sending me something or maybe a girl catching my eye before i forget about her shortly after.

PornHub has been a shell of what it once was since they changed, really sucks if xvideos is going to have the same fate

The banning of unverified content is nothing to do with the "OF model". It's a reaction/over-reaction to pornhub being sued by a bunch of GirlsDoPorn victims for allowing non-consensual videos on their sites.

PH immediately blocked posting from unverified accts and tagged thousands of videos as "awaiting verification" and deleted hundreds more that were problematic. XH and XV followed suit.

I don't think they'll ever go back to the old ways, not if they want Mastercard and Visa to start processing payments again.

There's still a reasonable amount of semi-amateur content being posted to PH but not like the good old days and of course no real amateur stuff since they have to give their personal data to Mindgeek.

The unfortunate reality of the true amateur porn we all enjoyed near infinite amounts of is that a lot of it was revenge porn (or worse), and it's nigh impossible to differentiate from that which isn't. It's a baby/bathwater approach but it's inevitable especially as we become so intrinsically online as a society.

The wild west will never end...alot of us thought it was over when the Napster thing happened. Its gonna take some people changing the way things are to bring it back though.

If anyone figures out how to build the right Fetlife they will be RICH.

On fetlife you can post any video you want..and you can hook up with people locally, or whatever you want really.. its like craigslist and a tube site in one. But nobody is really taking advantage of it.

Im gonna tell a truth here- I would PAY around $10 a month to have a site that is a hybrid of the old Pornhub/Xvideos/Xhamster or whatever tube site that is out there.... Not to mention the old craigslist side of the site...

Currently there is around 3.5 million members on fetlife.. thats a possible 35million/per month revenue stream for just allowing something like a public pool..

On top of that... someone needs to start a new credit card or pay app. There has to be a chinese or russian bank that could give a shit less about porn and care about money...

Someone is gonna figure it out... the 18 year Man in America that currently is registered in the selective service, can vote and go to war cannot currently buy a cigarette legally.... but he knows a place or a way to get them...

The era of amateur porn is over. A precedent has been set that all amateur porn can have underage or non consenting people in it and this is enough to justify a corporate model to "amateur" pornography.

yea that too. its like someone else mentioned, i forgot his name though, but they are being weak. and this stupid mastercard and visa situation. they need to filter all that through different sites and get different payment methods.
maybe thats one of the reason spankbang is like it is, they don't need to worry about banks and stuff puling the plug or every little thing. spankbang also has nice little hidden communities. i used to post a lot of paid videos there and now there's a lot of guys who post them. they go down fairly quickly, but then someone who downloaded them reups and we keep it going.
