While I'm not aware of any pro / semi-pro studios that specifically focus on it, there are some mainstream porn actors who often include foreskin-play (and talk) in their scenes.
Mark Davis has said that he did it quite a bit but it was often cut from the final footage.
Tommy Pistol also regularly gets girls to bite his foreskin but any talk is usually him telling them to do it.
