Agreed. I think the presence of the inner skin and strech receptors would add to that feeling of fine touch that cut wouldnt experience (they would try to get some by rubbin the frenulum and inner skin remnanats)

My theory is glans produces one type of sensation - deep, satisfying. Foreskin produces another - finer, ticklish. The key is they BOTH work together at same time for the jack pot.

Yes I think that stimulates the frenulum and then the inner skin. Cut guys do this too as thats all the fine touch receptors they have
