To start a YouTube video from a specific time use the “Start at” feature in YouTube after you click Share under a video, or update your URL manually to the second it should start at.
For example, to start at 4:20, you add ?t=260

Adult Content / Sign-in Required?
If the YouTube video requires sign-in for age verification you can simply add the letters nsfw before youtube.com in the URL and it will redirect to the stream without age verification. Note that only youtube.com videos are embedded, nsfwyoutube.com will be a regular link.
